Internship & Vocational Training

Our technical and vocational education and training, makes internship a sine qua non for the participants that wants to learn the basic and other key aspect of our projects. The implementation of internships is Learning by doing! As a trainee, you are an important part of our daily operations and you will receive intensive and cross-departmental training for all workflows and processes within our company.

Within the scope of individual project deployments, you will get to know all key areas of our business as well as design & product development. Throughout your time as a trainee, you will have an experienced team leader as your mentor and sparring partner. Due to the international orientation of our company, we can offer temporary placements at one of our foreign subsidiaries and partners as part of the vocational training. This will depend on your capability, performance and output.
