PROJECT TEAM LEADER (CONSTRUCTION)

Scott Thomson has 30 years construction and engineering experience gained from delivering various projects across diverse counties. His qualifications are in Construction, Health and Safety and in Project Management. His experience ranges from building hotels to constructing bridges and factories in the UK and across Europe. He also refurbishes and owns Executive Hotel Suites and delivers award winning ‘bespoke’ commercial developments for High Net Worth clients. In the area of Agri-construction, Scott has led Construction Management and Delivery of Hydroponic Units and Cow Palaces for the multinational corporation Avocet plc. His agri-management ranges from input into design, farm layout and seed reputation through to knowledge management and project completion. His expertise and construction knowledge has helped introduce technological advancement in the testing and introduction of innovative resources and material to improve all aspects of agri-construction.

PROJECT TEAM LEADER (ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND POWER SUPPLY)

Donald McLeod has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. With a vast knowledge and hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of the building trade from shop refurbishments, luxury self build homes to large development sites and in challenging environments across the UK and Europe. A successful and effective communicator, Donald brings strong organisational and negotiating skills to resolve and deliver resolve complex situations under pressure. Since 2013, he has designed, implemented and commissioned electrical, wifi and alternative energy provision for the multinational agricultural and energy corporation entitled Avocet plc. This Scottish born business and now an international corporation is a recognised global leader in owning and developing agri-patents. From the outset, Donald has been at the heart of proving and delivering the electrical installation of Hydroponic Units and Cow Palaces into the prototype and then commissioned farming units, specifically designed to provide nutritious fodder and humane housing for cattle. He has also been instrumental in the technological development of this compelling and beneficial agri-business. A highly qualified Engineer, Donald has gained vast international experience while working on such projects as Euro Disney Paris, Barcelona Hotels, UK Airports, trans-European Retail Units, Aldermaston Nuclear Research complex, Sky Television and the UK Government’s Communications Headquarters.
